What's the check-in time?
We won't go until you're good and ready. Typically,that means less than 15 minutes from the time you arrive at your chosen airport, to your actual take-off time.
In-flight catering?
Light snacks, tea and coffee are supplied on all flights and included in your charter price. But we can also arrange for any specific requests to be added.
Is there a luggage limit?
Even with a maximum passenger load (7 seats) there's plenty of capacity for standard-sized suitcases/overnight bags. There's also a dedicated baggage area on board for bulkier items such as golf clubs, skis etc. We even have in-flight kennels for your gun-dogs. Upon booking, we'll let you know if there are any limitations, depending on the size of your party.
What about ground transport?
We can arrange cars at either end of your journey at local rates. Usually,they're able to deliver you straight to the cabin door.
Is Car Parking Free?
At Zephyr's base (Wycombe Air Park, Bucks, UK) parking is free, as it is at most of our preferred departure airports.
Insurance?
We carry £25m of public liability cover. The legal requirement is £10m.
Payment Terms?
We ask for a 50% deposit on booking and the balance received before you fly. In the case of cancellation, we'll refund half of the deposit providing we have 14 days notice prior to your booked flight date.
